Water, hygiene and energy services company Ecolab has opened its new Customer Experience Center (CEC) in the city of Campinas, São Paulo state, providing support for customers cross Latin America.

The CEC is located within Ecolab’s 1,300 m2 Research, Development and Engineering (RD&E) Center.

“This investment represents another important step forward for Ecolab in Brazil. More and more customers are demanding sustainable technologies and solutions to help them not only remain competitive, but reduce their environmental footprint,” said Orson Ledezma, VP and GM of Ecolab in Brazil.

The CEC’s innovative learning environment showcases water management technologies serving a variety of industries, said the company.

“By 2030 the world will need 25% more energy, 35% more food and 40% more water. The Customer Experience Center underscores our position as a leader in Research, Development and Innovation in the specialty chemistry sector and reinforces our commitment to providing solutions for today’s greatest global challenges,” added Ledezma.
